Big Dog Powersports Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns under the following terms:

• 30-Day Return Window
  You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
• Item Condition
  Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging. Please do not send back items that show signs of installation or use.
• Exclusions
  For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Electrical components
• Helmets and safety gear
• Clearance or closeout items
• Return Shipping
  Unless otherwise noted, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
• Refunds
  Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing after the item is delivered back to us.
