Big Dog Powersports provides parts and accessories for powersports vehicles to customers within the United States. By purchasing from our store, you agree that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and availability. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or update information without prior notice.

All products are new unless otherwise stated. Some items may ship directly from our authorized distributors’ warehouses to ensure timely delivery.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major debit and credit cards processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.
Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue products at any time without notice.

5. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM (Central Time) are typically processed within one business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Fulfillment and shipment times vary depending on product availability and distributor processing. Tracking numbers will be provided when available. While most orders ship promptly, delivery timelines are not guaranteed.

6. Cancellations

Customers may request an order cancellation before the order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner.
If the order has already been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled and will instead fall under our Return Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is as follows:

  • 30-Day Return Window: You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Items showing installation or use cannot be accepted.

  • Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for electrical components, helmets and safety gear, or clearance/closeout items.

  • Return Shipping: Unless otherwise noted, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

8. Shipping

Orders are shipped via FedEx or comparable carriers.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination and product size. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available.
We currently ship within the United States only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Big Dog Powersports and Kansas Motorcycle Works LLC are not responsible for:

  • Delays or delivery failures caused by carriers or distributors.

  • Improper installation, misuse, or modification of parts.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

10. Warranties

Unless otherwise stated, products are sold as supplied by the manufacturer or distributor, with no additional warranty beyond that provided by them.
Warranty claims, if applicable, will follow the terms set by the product manufacturer.

We respect your privacy.
We do not collect or store customer information beyond what is necessary to process orders through Shopify’s secure checkout system.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Sedgwick County, Kansas.
