At Big Dog Powersports, our goal is to deliver your parts quickly, reliably, and at a fair, transparent rate. All orders are shipped from our network of authorized distributors within the United States.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.
Orders placed for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or military APO/FPO addresses cannot be fulfilled and will be canceled and refunded.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate ground shipping of $10.00 per order (not per item).
This rate applies to standard-sized packages and most items in our store.
Oversized, overweight, or restricted items (such as tires, wheels, e-bikes, and freight-only products) may not qualify for standard shipping.
If such an item is ordered, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
3. Carriers and Delivery Methods
Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or comparable ground carriers, depending on availability and destination.
We may select the most efficient carrier to ensure timely delivery.
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM Central Time are typically processed within one business day.
Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
While most orders ship within a few business days, delivery times vary based on product availability, distributor processing, and destination.
5. Tracking and Delivery Estimates
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it becomes available.
Most standard shipments arrive within a few business days after leaving the warehouse.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

Provide your order number, tracking number, and a description of the issue.
We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to file a claim and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an address correction or rerouting fee is charged by the carrier, that cost will be billed to the customer.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately through our contact form.
Orders that have already been processed for shipment cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy.
